Shipping:

• All Shipping and handling charges are included with price. No need to worry.
• Due to online shiestiness, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
• To save you money and to offer you the most dependable service, we only ship orders via USPS Priority Mail.
• If you have any questions about your order, please email us at sales@mugshotindustries.com. Please include your name and order number.

Sizing:

Sizes run slightly smaller than the average t-shirt or hoodie. Our sizes are similar to American Apparel® products.
When in doubt, order one size larger than what you normally wear.

Payment:

• We accept payment through PayPal. This option protects your rights as a consumer and allows for smooth transactions and processing.
• Through PayPal, you can use a variety of credits cards and bank payment options.

Returns:

Want to make a return? Follow these easy steps!

1. Email returns@mugshotindustries.com and give us:

• Your name
• Order number
• Reason (size is wrong, item is defective, etc.)
• Item that you wish to buy instead

2. We will email you back with shipping information.
3. When we receive your return, we will send you the item that you requested.

Here’s the fine print: Non-defective returns must be sent back in brand new condition. You are responsible for shipping charges associated with the return. In the event of a return, we offer store credit towards another purchase.
